The Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of Bali’s most well-known rice terraces, is located 30 minutes north of Ubud. For good reason, this rice terrace is on everyone’s bucket list. When walking among the rice fields at the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, you will always find beautiful vistas no matter which way you turn or look. It is a breathtaking sight. Taking little trails made by the landowners’ farmers up and down the rice fields affords a new perspective nearly every 100 meters. After viewing the rice fields, you can relax with a meal or a drink at one of the many cafes that overlook them.
