Bukit Jambul

During the Dutch conquest of Indonesia, a tourist was inspired by a steep hill on the south side of the main road between Klungkung regency and Besakih in Karangasem regency and named it Bukit Jambul Rice Terrace. On the summit of the hill, there is a Hindu Temple called Pura Pucak Sari, which is encircled by large trees. A magnificent picture of rice fields can be found beneath the temple complex. From a distance, the trees appear to be tufting hair. The calm and natural atmosphere in the highlands makes this place very comfortable to visit for a long time, and the green expanse of rice fields will definitely spoil your eyes to see it, so don’t forget to take photos of it.
